CO-OPERATION OF NEW ZEALAND ATJD AUSTRALIA. . Melbourne, June 7. Speaking at a dinner to Lord Jellicoe, Mr. W. A. Watt (Acting Federal Primo \Minister) pleaded for the co-operation of ,New Zealand and Australia in the matter'of naval defence; He hoped that Lord' Jellicoe would be able to tell the authorities in Now Zealand that there was a distinct feeling in favour of co-operation between Australia and New Zealand for their mutual defence and protection.— Press Assn.
