FINNISH MILITARY ACTION TROOT'S TO ATTACK FROM THIUvE ■ SIDES. Copenhagen May 25 (delayed). Finnish military action against Russia is considered certain. The troops will, attack from three sides • the greatest force being directed against- Kenv with a view to cutting communication between Murmansk and T'elrograd. The second army will operate directly against I'etrograd, and the third will be sent to Esthonia. Synchronising willi this plan of campaign, greater activity is manifested by the lied Finns. A plot against highlyplaced Finnish officers has been discovered, and conflict, between the workers and Government troops is becoming niorri pronounced.
