OCEAN FLIGHTS
ANGLO-AMERICAN RIVALRY. New York, June 3. The New York "Times" correspondent at Washington states that tho Navy Department is planning' tho construction of seaplanes equipped with six to eight engines for ocean flights. The correspondent adds that reports have been received through official channels that British firms are planning to build seaplanes for the trans-Atlantic service, equipped with twelve RollsRoyce engines.—Aus-.-N.Z.
