The directors of tun International Mercantile Marine Company liavo approvoi) of the proposed sale of the company's English tonnage to a British syndicate. The board has decided to cull a 6pooial meeting of stockholders on June 16 to act on the offer. The sale \riirinclude 85 fihips, including tlio Olympic, Adriatic, and Baltic, H largo cargo vessels of the Leylaud Lino, and all other assets of six British subsidiary companies.
