SUPPLY OF BUTTER-BOXES
■ By Telegraph—l'iess Association. Auckland, June 2. The problem of securing an adequate supply of butter-boxes was discussed by the North Auckland Dairy Conference to-day. It was resolved to express to Hie Government keen • disappointment that notwithstanding endorsement by the Efficiency, Board of the conference's contention for the taking of strong action, a lapse of twelvo months had not improved the position, and the position of dairy companies was worse. It was also decider! to authorise the formation of a company to provide packages suitable for produce, should such a scheme prove prnctioablo.
