IMPERIAL COMMERCIAL ASSOCIATION
TO PROTECT BRITISH TRADE AND TRADERS. (Rec. June 2, 8.10 p.m.) Liitidoti, May 21 (delayed). An Imperial Commercial Association has been formed. Among its objects is the protection of British trade and traders wherever their interests are assailed. The association also aims to direct public attention to tho dangers of any iorm of restriction or control threatening to crush individual enterprise, to prevent the export of raw material and foodstuffs till the- British requirements are reasonably satisfied, and to prevent wasteful Government expenditure. The council consists of thirteen leading London merchants, including Lord Inchcapo and Mr. AVeddel-Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
