« THE RUTHERFURD SCHOLARSHIP. At yesterday's meeting" of the Board of College Governors "it was announced that Mrs. Josephine Rutherfurd (of Masterton)' had arranged with Mr. J. P. Firth (headmaster of the Wellington College)'the terms and conditions of the scholarship she was establishing as a memorial to her late son. The scholarship was to consist of a cash payment annually of £20, and was to be presented to the best all-round boy in the. school (taking in field sports with educational attainment).'
