MAN KILLED ON THE WHARF

About 2.1C p.m. the aftcrinnst of tire'.steamer Baden Powell snapped oft' about fifteen feet above the deck, fell, and in falling killed a man named Waidcmar l.epin, who was employed upon (lie wharf. I.epin was a single man. 29 years of age, who resided at 7 Murphy Street. He was a native of Riga.
