DATE OF RETURN? Sir James Allen stated yestcriliy tha\ fie beleived that Mr. Masscy and Sil Joseph Ward would-be back in New Zealand towards the end of July. Ho had no informal ion on the point which was at ajl definite. This information, if correct, 6hould mean that Parliament will meet about the end of August.
