'ANNUAL MEETING OF ASSOCIATION The thirteenth annual meeting of the ;. .Wellington Farmers , Union Mutual 'Insurance Association was held yesterday, r According to the report and balance-Sheet tho net premium liicomo showed an increase of .£2SO J7s. over the previous year. The premium note capital stood this'year at 4532,017 19s. 3d., being,an increase over • last year of Mi7l 7s. The losses of tho year amounted to .£3193 lite. 3d., being the heaviest tlmt the association has experienced since its inception. Included in the claims paid was .£2815 in connection with the Paetihi bush fires. The totnl insurances held by the association amount to .£471,959 Gs. Bd. The net risk held was .£434,713 Gs Bd.
