Roberts (Rood Controller) replied that lie had received inquiries from tho Dominion Governments. Tim meat had to bo sold at a Hal rale, and Ihe coat of all the meat nurcliawl by tin Ministry averaged up. Most of th? imported meat camo from America, where the average price was considerably high* than in Ilio Dominions.—Router.
