DIAMOND-CUTTING INDUSTRY
BIG COMPANY TO BE FORMED IN . SOUTH AFRICA. .(Rec. May 25, 5.5 p.m.) Capo Town, May 2i. The draft contract of a proposed dia-'mond-cutting industry provides for the formation of a company with a capital of two millions sterling, which will erect a' factory equipped with two thousand, mills. Tho company is to train disabled soldiers. The Government will supply stones, taking 25 per cent, of the diamond output, and paying the producers the current market prices— Aus.-iv i>. Cable Assn.
