ANNUAL COUNCIL.
The Dominion Council continued its sittings in the Esperanto Hall yesterday. The vice-president 'Mr. Jwen Jl OrcVor) presided. The business of the session was tho remits from divisions. Many important amendments deigned to strengthen the "organisation were approved. The'finances of the P.P.A. were discussed, and the Dominion Executive instructed to appoint two financial organisers, in view of the elections, it hoinr 'decided to raise immediately tho necessary funds. The election of officers and Dominion Executive resulted as follows —President, Mr. Iwon il'GKgov, of Hamilton: ' vice-presidents, Messrs. Enrnshaw, ITarford, and KnpwlesSmith; committee, Messrs. Donald. >.ewton, M'Eldownev. Middloton, hemp; secretary Mr. H. S. Bilby; national oiganiser'Knv. Howard Bllio.tt. The conferonce adjourned until this morning.
