I am anxious to know how I stand as to (he future. Can you please; definitely sliilo if, when 1 om demobilised, which will I think bo soon, I can correspond with the lady and can 6ho correspond with mo? Also, when would regulations permit of her coming to England for tho purpose of marriage?" ■
In the opinion of a Home Offico official tho writor would bo well advieed to abandon any Uopo of bringing hie Gorman acquaintance to England "at least for ten years." Soldiers should be very careful, it woe suggested, not to enter into engagement to marry or correspond with an enemy subject.
