Yesterday was beautifully fine in Wellington, with a clear sky, bright sunshine, and very little wind, followed by a cold night. Present indications are for milder weather, with increasing haze and cloudiness and n fulling; lMi'OflHtor everywhere shortly. The wind is expected to veer round to the north, with freshening 'breezes.
