The New Zoaland Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report having conducted a clearing sale at Orongo Orongo on account of Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Morrison, who had sold, their farm. The stock came forward in good oondition, and although the woather was bad there was a, large attendance, a-nd tho stock Bold at an advance .on recent pricos.
