TRANS-SIBERIAN RAILWAY ALLIED CONTRIBUTIONS F01? ADMINISTRATION. Washington, May 13. The United States and the Allied Governments .have decided to allot 40,000,000 dollars (i' 8,000,000) to the Intcr-Allicd Commission administering tho TransSiberian Railway.
