FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications' are for moderate to strong southerly winds and cool changeable weather with .scattered showers. The barometer has a rising tendency.' The barometer rose during Tuesday night.,and the heavy southerly winds have decreased in force. Scattered showers have been reported, but the weather has improved generally since yesterday. D. 0.
