FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications arc for strong south to south-easterly winds. Weather • squally, cold, and showery, with'a rising barometer everywhere. The cyclone has now passed eastward, and is located northward of the Chathums. Southerly winds strong to gale hate ruled principally in tlio north.
