Tho Now Zealand Shipping Company advisee that the Carpentaria -will first load for home at the Canterbury port. THE HINEMOA. . Early to-morrow morning the Government steamer Hinomoa is to sail from Wellington for ,The Brothers, Jackson Head, Port Underwood, Tory Channel, and French Pass. The Hincmoa, is due back hero about a week later, and will, after a short Btay here, leave on her trip round tho northern lighthouseß. The Anchor Company's Kennedy arrived here yesterday morning from Picton, Tho Waimea will now be here to-mor-row from Taraltohe to load for Nolson and Wc6t Coast portß.

The Stella will arrive to-day from Dunodin, sailing to-inorrow for Auckland. The Karu, which was at Wellington on Saturday from Tarakohe, will return to Wellington froei Lyttelton on Tuesday, sailing on Wednesday for New l'l}.;touth. The Canterbury vS.S.. Company's Calm should arrivo at Wellington on Thursday morning -from Tiniaru, receiving hero for Wangauui. The Breeze is due here on Wednesday from southern ports to load for Lyttelton, Timo-ru, and Dunedin. The New Zealand Shipping Company's Kaikoura will sail at daylight to-morrow for London. Little progress l)as go far been made with the salving of the Union Company's hulk No. 6, which sank oS Shoal Bay, Auckland, on April 21, with 500 tone of coal on board. It was understood that further salvage work will be carried out when the 'busy shipping conditions have been relieved and more labour available. The auxiliary schooner Hula arrived from Auckland on Saturday morning after a light weather passage of nine days. The vessel is berthed at Shelly Bay, where she will unload consignments of explosivcß for Wellington and the Weet Coast. The stoamer Paeroa will lift tho portion for the coast, nnd will sail tomorrow for Nelson, Westport, Greymouth, and Hokitika. The Hula is expected to nail for Lyttelton and Dunedin on Wednesday.
