—. —s> By Telosraph-Press Association. Now Plymouth, May 15. In the Supreme Court to-day the jury disagreed in the case of alleged indecent assault against Alfred Mines Bystantson, of Moknu. A now trial was ordered for to-morrow. The divorce caso Duncan John Hopburn, of Hawerti, v. May Hepburn ami James Edward Sole, of Hawera (co-respondent), on ground of adultery,' was heard. The denial of adultery by the respondent was abandoned during the hearing. The defence was that the petitioner's conduct conduced to adultery. The jury found for petitioner with JilOO damages and costs against the corespondent. The following will represent Oriental third-class team against Huth-Curry, Acourt, irCarroll, de- Latour, Wildermoth, Clark, Wallace, M'Gill, Smith (2), Barton. Hall, Cluleo, Gray, and Potts. A Socialist member of the British Columbia Legislature lins introduced a Bill to establish a 31-hour week for labour throughout tho province.
