A now trial was ordered for to-morrow. The divorce caso Duncan John Hopburn, of Hawerti, v. May Hepburn ami James Edward Sole, of Hawera (co-respondent), on ground of adultery,' was heard. The denial of adultery by the respondent was abandoned during the hearing. The defence was that the petitioner's conduct conduced to adultery.
