The commissioner said Hie dispute could apply only to Otago and Southland, but application might bo miiclo to the Arbitration, Court lor a Dominion award. . It was unanimously decided to request the commissioner to intimate, to the Arbitration Court the desire of both parties that awards in terms of the recommendations be made in each industrial district where mills are operating.
