Bv Tolearaoh—Prsiin Association Dunedin, May 14. There was a large entry of fat cattle at Burnsido to-day, totalling 250, which did not contain a large proportion of prime bullocks. Prices were much on a par with late rates. Extra prime bullocks, .£24 2s. 6d.; prime, .£lB 15s. 6d. to .£2l 10s.; medium to good, .£ls to .£18.; light, unfinished, ,£l2 to .£l4 10s.; prime ■■cows and heifers, JCI3 10s. to .£ls; inedinm to good, .811 to .£l3; light and aged. ,£8 10s. to £10. Tho sheep penned numbered 3936. Prices for well-finished sheep were about eoual to last week's rates, but lighter were, if anything, a shade easier. Extra prime wethers, 50s. to 545. i prime, 40s. to 475.; medium tp good, 335. to 365.; light, unfinished, 20a. to 265.; prime ewes, 335. to 87s. 9d.j medium to good, 275. to 825.; light and aged 18s. to 255. There were 1190 lambs penned. Competition was more animated than last week. Extra prime, 30s. to 335.; prime, 255. to 285.: medium, 20s. to. 235.
