Lord Frenoh's narrativo in (he "Daily Telegraph" repudiates responsibility for Hie events in Belgium early in October, when the fall of Antwerp was imminent "owing -.to Lord Kitchener influencing operations by taking' troops north out ot his (Lord French's) control."
