The Arawa, with a large drat t of troops from Home, arrived in Lytlelton HarIwnr at 5 p.m. She is absolutely a clean ship, and will berth at daybreak. The southern men will leavo Lyttelton , by special train at 8.17 a.m.-Major-General Sir Andrew itussell, who is returning by the Arawa, will be accorded civic receptions at Lyttelton and Christchurch to-morrow. He will also be entertained at luncheon by the Mayor and city councillors of Christchurch,
