Sir,—ln reading the final result of the Nattrass case in your issue of yesterday morning I noticed with surprise that the Magistrate in effect, found that Mr. Aubrey Gunlter was iu Fallowfield Avouuo at 10 o'clock on Friday night Now, Sir,- that is impossible, for he wnu in. my house from before 8 o'clock till nearly 11 o'clock.
