RETURNED SOLDIERS' ASSOCIATION
6 Brigadier-General G. S. Richardson will be present at the meeting of returned soldiers to be held at the Concert Chamber of tho Town Hall this evening at 7.30, when ho will be welcomed by those present. Owing to a previous engagement the General will be unable to icmajn long at tho gathering, but it is expected that ho wfll have sufficient lime to deliver a short address to the nion. The remainder of the evening will bo devoted by the association members to discussion of the remits which will bo dealt with by the conference of delegates to bo held at Christchurch on May 2G, and five delegates to represent the local association win' also be elected. Admission is to be by the association badge.
