A plea of not guilty .was entered by William. Bannenuun Rogers, who was charged with indecent assault on a girl aged six years and six months. Mr. P. S. K. Macassey, of the Crown Luw Office, appeared /or this Crown and Mr. R. Kennedy for; the accused. Mr. W. Appleton was foreman of the jury.
