Aitken, chairman of directors, presiding. The annual report disclosed a satisfactory year. After payment of working expenses, duo provision made for bad and doubtful debts; incojne and special war tax £1873 16s. 2d.,' writing down Situres aud fittings £136 13s- 4d„ the net profit' on the year's business was £2968 13s. 3d., which, with tho addition of £1442 7s. 9d. -brought forward from last year, makes a, total of £4411 Is. Id. The retiring .director (the Hon. J. G. W. Aitken) was re-elected. The retiring auditors ' at Wellington' Christchurcb, and Dunedin were also reelected, and Messrs. J. P.
