REFUSE OWNERS' CONDITIONS TOR CONFERENCE. Br Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, May 12. Tlio Green Island miners liiiyo received a letter from the coni owners ■ agreeing to a conference, provided the men . resume work within four days, nnd that the men subscribe to tho conditions of the existing agreement. At a meeting to-night the miners decided unanimously not to resume wort until the conference had been held.
