j YOUNG WOMAN'S DEATH. By Telegruph-Presß AssociationDimedin, May 10. An inquest was opened regarding the death of Isabella MiCay Wishart, » single woman, twenty-seven years of age. The father said the deceased had always been healthy, and was at a party last night. She appeared well and in good spirits. 'When lie went in to waken her as usual this morning he found her just breathing and pulseless. He summoned a doctor, but by tho time he arrived she wne dead. The doctor was unable to state the cause of death. The inquest was adjourned for a post-mortem examination.
DEATH FROM POISON.
Invercargill, May 31. At the inquest on Robert Taylor Dun. lop. aped tf, who died on May 3 from poisoning, the evidence showed that deceased was Bomo years a°o in a mental hospital, and lie had Buffered from influenza during the epidemic. A verdict was returned of euicide- while ternporarily insano.
FATAL PALL FROM A HORSE.
Br Telegraph—Presa Association. Christchurch, May 10. An inquest was held this morning into tho death of Alexander JJatheson, who was fatally injured by a fall from a horEe. Tho evidence showed ■ that the deceased, who was riding a young and restive horse, lost the reins and in the endeavour to regain them fell and broke his neck.
