DECLARED BY TRADE CONGRESS TO BE UNJUST. (Rec. May 11, 5.5 p.m.) Capetown, May 8. The firat trado union congress in the Capo province is sitting at Capetown. A resolution was carried ■by 61 votes to 1 that the colour liar in trade unions was wrong in principle, and unjust in practice. No differentiation should lx> tolerated on account of nationality, colour, oreed, or sox.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable &mn.
