STRONG FEELING AGAINST BELAKUN. (Rec. Hay '11, 5.5 p.m.) Vienna, May 5. Belnkxin's note of,surrender has provoked such a strong feeling ngainst him even in workmen's circles that he was nearly Inched at a meeting of the Workmen's mid Soldiers' Council. Most of tho People's Commissaries have fled from Budapest, because they fear the mob will commit outrages. An airship is ready to carry off Belakun and his assooiates when the peril necessitates their flij?ht.-Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
ARMY DESERTING IN DIVISIONS. (Rec. May 11, 5.5 p.m.) London, May 5. The "Daily Chronicle's" CoponWen correspondent states that Bobbin's army is deserting in divisions and joining the Rumanians, who are within fifty kilometres of Budapest. Belakun has issued a proclamation calling to tho colours those with military training. Othere will be enrolled in training battalions or employed in trench-digging.
