ARTISTS aro invited to submit designs for cover of a Peace Celebration Souvenir Programme in colour (size not less than 12in. x Oin.). No payment will be made for the de- ' sign, but a prize of £5 will be awarded " to design accented. The Council of Academy of Fine Arts j will be asked to jtidjje the designs aud make a recommendation to the I'oinmit- ■ tee. All designs must bear a motto or nom-dc-plumo instead of the name of the artist. Artists' nanies must be placed in a sealed envelope, having the motto or ■ noni-de-plume written outside, the en- . velope to accompany the design when . submitted.
