Mrs. Anna Maria Callow, whose death has taken place at Bath at the ago of 90. was the third daughter of the late Brigadier-General Austin, who received the Order of the Tower and Sword from the King of Portugal after the Peninsular War. She married Charles Callow, an officer in the Madras Light Infantry, but had been a widow for lili years. Mrs. Callow was a great traveller and possessed considerable,literary gifts.
