REMITS TO THE CONFERENCE, Br Teloerarh—Press Association. Napier, May 7. The annual meeting of the Napier Returned Soldiers' Association passed tha following remits to llio conference:— "That tho Government be asked that tho aggregation of land bo checked; that permanently disabled soldiers' pensions In increased: that matriculation bo dispensed with; that Anzac Day- be a statutory holiday; that a sola Minister, of Repatriation bo appointed, not necessarily an M.P.; that, tho mufti allowance ba retrospective." Messrs. G..JP. Aldridge-and B. Malono were appointed delegates to tho Christchurch conference..
