CRIMINAL SESSION. The criminal session of the Supremo Court will begin on Monday morning, when the following will appear to answer the charges set opposite their names:— Josoph Hill, Alice Scoble, and Jean Colly'ns conspiring to procure' abortion. William Albert Murray, theft. William Henry Aspinall, carnal knowledge. Arthur James l ? ord and Thomas Evans, theft. Michael Palvey, obscene language. / Charles Deobles, indecent assault. John James Joseph" Lee, attempted murder. Percy Gashman, assault causing actual -bodily harm. Richard William Martin, threatening to kill. James Jackson, bigamy. ■• '_ , Lawranco John Maloney, breaking, entering, and theft. William Bannerman Rogers, indecent assault. Henry Arthur Grant, indecent assault. Reginald Josoph Devonshire, theft (six charges).
