FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are foj decreasing southerly winds, gl\ine place shortly to variable weatorly breezes, with cool and changeable conditions. Baromoter Is' unsteaay, and probably falling low in the south towards the latter .part o! the week. Atmospheric pressure is hisrh over the Dominion, but a disturbance has been located to tho eastward. Heavy seas are reported at places alone tho Bast Coast, with cold and soually conditions at times, but fail- to cloudy weather rules elsewhere. . B. C. BATES, Director.
