THE NEW ZEALAND WIN ON THE SEINE. Paris; April 27. A great assemblage witnessed the interAllied boat race on the Seine. Mr. Massey and Sir Joseph Ward followed the race Tho New Zealanders won their heat with comparative ease,; and met France, Newfoundland, and America in the final. It was a slashing raco between New Zealand and America over Rio last quarter of a mile, but the New Zealanders always had a bit up their sleeves, and won by' three-quarters of a length, amidst great enthusiasm. A strong wind blevr, with roughish water. There were only a few New Zealand troops' in Paris, but tho Australians were in force.
