INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS PROHIBITED. • London, April 20. General Sykes, Chief of tho Air Staff, .imiounces that many regulations in regard to civilian aviation have been drafted. They provide for the fullest medical and technical tests for pilots and tho maximum loads for goods and passengers. Aeroplanes are to carry log books. International flying has .been . prohibited until international rules are adopted — Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. AMERICAN SEAPLANE TEST. (Rec. April 2S, 8 35 p.m.) New York, April 27. The New Yo*V "Times" Norfolk (Virginia) correspondent states that a naval 6eaplanc in a test flight remained in tho air for twenty hours, and covered 1250 miles at a speed of sixty miles an hour.
