LATEST REPORT FROM THE VICEROY By Telejraph—Presß Association—Oonyrteht London, April 21. The Press Bureau reports that the' Viceroy telegraphed on April 20 that all was quiet in Lahore, and a number of people were ooraing in' repentant. A mob to-day attacked the station at Naroli. The Bengal State Offence' Regulations have been extended, to the' liuJarat district. Mohammedan emissaries from Delhi are attempting to stir lup troublo in the neighbouring districts. In the Punjab tension is reported at Firozpur. The Multan railway communica. tions have been restored. Mobile columns are making arrests' on the north-west frontier of the province..
