(Rec. April 22, 0.5 a.m.) Paris, April 17. M. Pichon states that tho peace preliminaries can only bo submitted to Parliament after the signature. This will be the policy of all the Allies. The Chamber of Deputies voted its confidence in the Government by 274 to ICG—Aus.N.Z. Cablo Assn.
