SECRET TREATY DISCLOSED By Telegraph—Press AsßOciation-CoDvrieht (Eec. April 17, 0.55 a.m.) New York, April 7. The New York "Tribune's" Washington correspondent reports that the text of the secret military and naval agreement, signed between China and Japan in May, 19187 has been received. It was published in Tokio. The agreement provided for. the full co-operation of China and Japan against Germany and Austria "in view of the enemy's influence, which was invading Russia ami eastward," the agreement to terminate when the war against the Central Powers had ended. -Aus.-N.Z.
