THE "KINDLY" HUN
Tho French Colonial Ministry has issued il second report of Gorman methods in Togoland and the Cnmeroons. Here is the text of an order issued by the Hun to the natives in war time, which is eloquent of his ways. It is signed ''Von Nagen," and states:— "To all the inhabitants of the. Klwlova and Krihi regions I say this: When the Knglish and French come Into the country vou must all flee to tho forests. Those who remain in their villages or meet tho Hnglish or French will all be killed bv me. men, women, and children. I shall also kill those who supply food, act ifs guides to roads, osr egne as porters. God has given tlw ' inierojns to the Germans, and hns g/|W. 'hat we shall always keep it.
