Levin and Co., Ltd., have received the foliowiUß cable dated Loudon, April 2:—"The'wool-sales have rcoponed. There was a laree attendance from all sections ot the wool trade, aud keen interest waß shown. Competition was very keen, and priccß on the average were 10 per cent, above the Government reserve." Messrs. Dalgoty and Company, Limited, are in receipt of a cablegram from their London office under date of April 11. reading as follows:—"Wool sales closed very firm, except for medium and coarse crossbred and short and faulty merinos, which were slightly lower as compared with priccß ruling at the opening of tho sales. Good merinos and fino crossbreds were dearer, and extreme prices have been paid for wool suitable for spinners. French, Belgian; and Italian buyers were operating."

ABB IT SKINS. London, April 10. Awning's report that 2950 bales of rabbit skins were offered, and 1925 were sold. Prices recovered on the January decline, and are roimhly on a- parity with thoso of November. There was a, good demand for both hattors' and furriers' sorts.
