MYSTERIOUS TRAGEDY IN SYDNEY
MURDER IN A FLAT. (Roc. April 14, 11.5 p.m.) Sydney, April 14. A mysterious tragedy is reported to have occurred in Elizabeth Street. Albert Spencer, of independent means,_ residing in a fiat alone, was found dying, hw head battered, lie succumbed. Mark? were found in the bath, where tho murdered had washed. Shortly-before the discovery-an unknown youth visited Spencer. No other person is known to havebeen near—Press Assn.
