Sir Tho.'ims Sebastian Bazley, J.P., D.li., has died at his Torquay residence, in his KOtli year. He was the second baronet, having succeeded his father in 18S5. lie was educated at. Trinity College, Cambridge, and left .Manchester to reside at Torquay .some years ago. lie was a keen scientist, and made a particular study of astronomy, having published star charts and books 011 geometric turning. '
