RESTRICTIONS OX TItAVEL REMOVED. London, April 8. Mr. Cecil Harmsworth, Parliamentary Secretary to the Foreign Office, stated iu the House of Commons that General Al« ienby had issued a proclamation stating that the restoration of. order in Egypt had enabled him to remove tho restrictions on travel, and to permit Egyptians to leave tho country if Ihe.v desired. Mr. Knrinsworth said that a Ministry was in course of formation, find a deputation of Ministers would shortly visit England in ri'Knoiiso to the Government's, invitation. Delayed Cairo messages state that niuc people were killed and fifty-fix injured on April 3. The troops l sliowed ,rcstiaint. otherwise casualties would have been heavier..
