Councillor Tingey moved that the town clerk lie instructed to inform tho city tramway authorities' Hint the Karori Borough Council having now made tho borough concession tickets (except workers', tickets) transferable, desiro3 that this become operati.vo forthwith. The Mayor pointed out tlfit the motion was out of order, and stated that a motion previously passed must first bo rescinded before the motion of Council- . lor Tingey could bo taken.
