STORY OF THE MURDER OF THE-. ENGLISHMEN. London,' April G. General Allenby has given details of the murder of two British officers and five men on a train from Upper Egypt on March 17. Crowds collected at every station, and threw stones. The crowd rushed the , train at Deiront pulled <iown the engine-driver, and entered a compartment, and killed two officers. Several of the natives remained on the train until it arrived at Dermoos. There another largo crowd, armed with s.ticks, stones, and knives, attacked the train, and killed the remainder of the party. All tho bodies were left on the train, except, .one, which is ' missing. The crowds u(: sub.-Of|uent stations raised shouts of joy on learning that the English had ; bcen killed.-Aus.-N.Z.
